To enable us to give you the exact position of your container/wagon at any time on its long travel in the CIS countries, we have access to the very latest Tracking System.

From the time when the container/wagon crosses the border into the CIS countries, you will receive at regular intervals updates confirming the position of every container/wagon loaded by STAR LOG.

Our position updates contain the container/wagon number, the number of the CIS wagon, the number of the Consignment Note and the status of the consignment.

The latter allows you to know that your container/wagon is moving without any problems or if there is some kind of disturbance to the run of the transport. Every report of a disturbance is like an alarm clock to us. By the time you receive the report of the disturbance, our team is already working on a solution.
